re: To shave or not to shave?

I didn't have a C-section, and I also didn't shave cause I couldn't see down there to shave! lol so they shaved me..and I must say very awkward! But they used electric with me.

They shaved u for a vaginal delivery?

I just did yesterday....  I did it without looking but according to DH, I nailed it...bahaha

Yepp sure did. They might have done it just in case they would have had to do an emergency c-section that's my guess anyways.

Shave it, when I went in for my csection with the girls they shaved me with the electric razor and that smurf hurt, felt more like it was ripping my hairs out than shaving them off.. had I known that I'd of pre shaved. Or well, by that point I was having hubs shave that and my legs since I couldn't really reach and surely couldnt see it. lol

Is that standard practice? To shave you whether you are having a c-section or not?

Not at the hospital I deliver at. They only shave you if you need a c-section and there's hair in the way.
