You are very right. I am smurfed because my DD didn't have insurance when born & when I got her on insurance, they wouldn't cover her NICU stay, so I am stuck with a HUGE bill. It was 54k but then the cut it down to like 35k or something like that...I am still smurfed. They wouldn't accept any payments less than 800 bucks a month on it which is bullsmurf but there was nothing I could do...so it went to collections :\

We do not pay premiums, but my best friend and her husband just had their monthly go from $1,200 for the 2 of them to $1,300 a month. They also saw an increase in their co-pays.

DH and I have yet get anything in the mail stating that our deductible or our co-pays have increased.

Your employer is probably absorbing the increase.
