is there a custody agreement.. you cant prevent what he does on your time with the kids but you cant really prevent who the kids are around when he has the kids..

A month is too short of a time to break up and find another girl and move in with her. I wouldn't want my kid staying over with the new gf until she wasn't new anymore. I would be ok with shorter visits but not overnight.

ETA: if there is a court agreement your out of luck though.

Takes two to cheat.... I doubt you have much of a say in who he lets around your kid on his time. Depending on age I'd say ur kid is just hitting a phase don't take it personal. You should have a custody agreement though to protect all involved.

Nope, you can never be too careful with your kids. If this guy has only known her or been with her for not even a month, how much can he possibly know about her too?

But with the whole not loving you thing, my kids grandparents spoil the crap out of him, (they are pretty wealthy)--when his dad wasn't around his gparents would take him, he'd come home and nothing was good enough. He'd say, "Well Nana has this, and that, and that, and this." It hurt my feelings for a while and i tried to compete, but i finally got smart and realized, my kid is going to grow up and not base his love on materials, so I may as well just shower him with love now instead of just gifts.
