Me and SO found a house! We move in feb 1st!   we are so excited. It's 3 bed 2 bath for 459$ a month. We are renting to own and plan to get it refinanced to drop monthly payments because we plan to stay there for a very long time   I also snagged a job and am getting back in school. Very exciting

Crazy. My 3 bed 2 bath apartment is 1700 a month, haha. And it's not rent to own.

$459 a month??? Where do you live! Me and DH are tryin to get into low income apartments and the cheapest is $1,100 a month. That's for LOW INCOME!

Its in Brunswick county nc. Costal nc. We are very lucky to have found it. Low income apartments run for about 500$ here

I pay $1250 for a 2 bedroom railroad style. No appliances except fridge and stove. It's in a decent neighborhood.

Well NYC isn't beautiful lol but I like living here. We don't have big bucks but we make it work. Eventually we do want to move out of state though. We want our kids to be able to go outside with grass and trees and all that cool stuff.
