Sticking with my resolutions!

How are your resolutions going? So far, DH and I are doing great. I've lost 8 pounds so far and have only had soda when I work (nights). I've been using my fitness pal more too, even though I need to get better at that!


Pointless post, but the more I say it, the more I believe in myself!

Awesome. I have drastically cut back on my alcohol intake, I've been looking at things with a positive mind, and starting most days with a smile

That's awesome! Ive tried being more positive as well. It's making a huge difference in how I feel overall.

My resolution was just to stop being shy and stick up for myself more. More or less don't let anyone walk all over me.

Doing so much better than I thought! Haven't had a soda since the 1st and limit sweets to once a week and same with bread as well as doing simple work outs at home! No snacking between meals either! It's hard but it'll pay off!! Congrats to you!!!

I'm sticking with them....I had two.
1. Get healthy and lose weight.
2. Read the Bible in a year.

I've surprised myself. As silly as it might sound, only being 3 weeks into the new year.....It feels like it's part of my daily routine/normal lifestyle now. Which is awesome!! The only part that I need to work on now is taking my medicine everyday. I keep forgetting.
