My bag of spinach

says it expired the 12th. but I haven't opened it.
Would it still be good?

I'm one of those people who throw things out on the expatriation date so I don't know if I should try it or not. I hate thinking that I'm gonna waste it though.

As soon as I see mine start to wilt I put it in freezer bags and toss it in the freezer. From there I can add it to meals or smoothies, and it doesn't go bad.

If its the fresh kind, it would probably be wilty and not taste very good. If it's frozen, it's probably still fine.

I wouldn't take a chance on any fresh produce though.

It is fresh, it has no preservatives too. Doesn't look wilty though but I guess I'll toss it.
