Gender Reveal ideas...

Did any of you ladies do anything special for the gender reveal, for your other kids or family?

If so what was it and do you have any pictures to show?
I'm trying to come up with something cute and fun for my other children as well as for pictures to send to out of state family  

I didn't but I wish I had! Next time I think I'm going to do the cake that's either blue or pink on the inside when you cut it to serve for Dd to find out. I think we'll try taking a picture of Dd with a blue or pink ballon to tell our family since we live across the country from everyone. So we can't really have a party.

I didn't find out the gender of my daughter when I was pregnant but I already decided for the next baby we're going to do a collage of pictures. One picture with DD holding two balloons, one pink & one blue. The next picture she'll let whichever one it isn't go. The last picture will be DD with the ultrasound picture with the "it's a ____" written on something.

We'll be about 3000 miles away from all family so throwing a party is out of the question.

I did cupcakes with pink and blue icing on the top and pink icing on the inside for a girl.

I love love love these ideas!

Kinda tacky, IMO. But it was a cute cake!

Was gonna do mine like this when I had my party the other night but the bakery didn't fill my dang cupcake. The only difference is i was only gonna fill one cupcake that way whoever picks that random one gets to announce it

Instead of doing that I just grabbed some blue and pink paper bags, newborn diapers, travel baby lotion, shampoo, baby wash, travel wipes, and some of that sleep time shampoo. I stuffed some of the bags with diapers then the rest with the stuff i mentioned. One of the blue bags had a blue outfit and the sonogram. I had already made pins for the guest to wear that had boy or girl on them the night before. The guest who picked girl got the pink bags and the ones who guessed boy got blue. My best friend pulled out the outfit and sonogram and yelled its a boy! It was really fun
