they told me that I might be in later on n go home and have sex n walk some more I left very disappointed :-( like all that pain dint help it was for nothing I'm going to sleep and will try not to think about it

Sex may help speed thing along or if DH (tmi) puts his fingers in a stimulates your cervix, good luck

i actually went w/ the sex route....i really think that is what helped me. B4 i was sent home i was having horrible ''back labor''....after having sex, my contraction moved to the front and i started progressing like i was supposed to.

Here they admit at three but they can very well send you home. I'd rather labor at home. I'd be more comfortable that way. There isn't much you can do there that you can't do at home.

If the contractions are not causing enough change in your cervix, yes, they can send you home.

I had this happen with all of my kids. My labors lasted 3 days with them...

I couldn't do that. My water never broke by the time I was 9 cm with my second and my midwife broke it...Idk if it would have broken on its own.

there is still no baby and contractions slowed down I get them but not as often the doc told me go home and have sex and walk but not alot we dnt want u swelling up I went for a walk nd had sex twice and I have evening primerose capsules which helps soften down there doc said maybe this weekend but who knows I'm just gonna wait it out and see maybe the baby is cold its been freezing here I dnt blame her haha
