I heard chocolate milk was good for after a work out!my brother and dad who worked out alot would ddrink this chocolate protien shake and add some peanutbutter to it, it actually wasnt bad but it was like 600 calories so I never drank them! lol but my brother was a growing HS boy and ate ALOT. and then they would work out and lift wieghts and then eat hard boiled eggs and chicken on the forman with spinach! lol
