Hair growth tips

Is there any way to help my hair grow faster? I have heard of Biotin and Mane n tail. Do these products work?

I had a moment right before Thanksgiving and got my hair chopped. I can just get it into a low pony with assistance of bobby pins lol.

I miss my long hair  

I use TRESemme', brush it constantly and keep it braided when I'm out.and my hair went from above my shoulders to past my butt in 6 months.

Mane n Tail is horrible for your hair. Start taking a prenatal.

Six months ! Just from that?

I wish I knew. I've been trying to grow my hair for 4 years. I feel like it never grows and if it doesn't I have to trim it off because it's damaged.  

I think so lol those are the only changes I made. I keep it tied realllllly tight if it's in a pony tail and realllllly tight if it's braided because I think the more you pull it the faster it makes it grow.. I have no idea if that's true in any way but it seems to work for me

If I pull on my hair it just breaks. I think you're just lucky in the hair department.
