I went to child custody mediation. The mediation guy suggested i get sole custody. What are the chances that the judge will go with that?

Did your baby daddy agree?

It's quite likely if you both agreed.

I can't answer that without more information... but I would think more likely than not if going for sole custody is a professional opinion.

Well we had seperate interviews, I guess he accepted at first, then when it came down to signing the papers, he refused. (He's like bipolar) ..The mediation guy that interviewd us wrote that down and said that he shouldn't have custody because of him flip flopping.

Generally mediation has to be agreed on by both parties. If not then you two have to go to court and duke it out there.

At first he agreed with seeing her twice a month, and me having custody. Then after he said he wanted shared custody.
There was no court order established,
but there was a recommendation for me having full custody.

Then you'll need to go to court over it.

"Flip-flopping" is not a valid reason for you to have full custody.
