Had my first one today! And got some pretty crappy pictures.... but I'll be going back every two weeks until I'm 12 weeks to get ultrasounds to make sure little gummy bear is growing. I got to see the heartbeat!
On a side note that internal ultrasound was a BITCH. She says my cervix is anterior so it was hard to get to. It hurt so bad
