She ate an OTC flu medicine tablet

While cooking my idiot SO wasnt paying attention to LO. I turned around and told SO that she has his box of OTC flu medicine he took from her (he had left the box on the floor), I got done cooking and while eating I noticed her mouth was blue and i looked around and saw a tablet on the floor I dont know if she ate it officially but i know some got in her mouth

Should i take her to the ER?

If she only got some in her mouth I would just give her water to drink.
