son getting hurt at daycare..

Hello Ladies, I was just wondering if any of you had an input on a situation that has to deal with my sons daycare which is also my work...

I started working a new daycare center 4 months back. definitely a better change for us financially, and I get along with my new co-worker better also. Well seeing as how my 3 year old was enrolled in my last center, I enrolled him into my new job when I started. Now here is the problem.... he is constantly getting hurt from the other kids.. not just pushed, hit, or minor things like tat. At least once a week he is coming home with horrible bite marks some that have even broke the skin, horrible bruise on his arms and sometimes

I would take him out. I would not quit my job, just take him out. Or talk to his caretakers. That's not acceptable. Keep the job & take him out. That's what I would do.

Seeing as you work there. I would speak to your co-workers and see what's going on in his room....what age range is he with? Normally a bite or two is expected, but if its happening weekly, I'd look into it.

That's pretty common when you get a bunch of toddlers together.
