Valentines Day...

So, since me and my husband have been together, we haven't really done anything for Valentines Day.(Over 5 years) We are moving to our own place finally and I would love to have us time, but don't know what to do..games, movies, dinner .Any of you ladies have any ideas on what to do.???

Lol! For the sex part later, I usually go out and buy a cute little lingerie piece.

We go to dollar store together, split up and buy some random gift that reminds us of the other person. We open it later that night after kids are asleep.

I once also made my husband a gift when we were dating, it was a McDonald cup with plastic flies in it. Our first date was at McDonald and we were nearly chased by flies lol.

We normally never had us time lol. We either do dinner at home and when the kids are sleeping we will watch a movie and cuddle but most of the time we might eat dinner at a restaurant.

My husband plans the dates for Valentine's Day...Saves me from being the planner, and he can get pretty creative.

One year it was dinner at Olive Garden, so that I could have their AMAZING pasta. Then we went for a walk in the park (It was cold and snowy, but I didn't mind), and he brought cheesecake. Very romantic!   It was our first Valentine's Day together, so he put on quite the show....

Once we were married, let's see...We ordered in Chinese, watched the 1993 Three Musketeers, one of my favorite movies of all time...Then we had sex...And some really good dessert, but that's another story.   The next year was very much the same thing. Chinese, a good movie, had sex, and played some video games.

Last year we went laser tagging at this place that had a MASSIVE arcade...So we played a few rounds, then bought some tokens and played a ton of arcade games. And we ate poutine. And then went home and had sex.

Whatever makes you a couple...what do you two like to do in your spare time? This is what we like to do, but it might not be for everybody.

It's fantastic! It is so much fun...although I usually have to get my husband to promise to be nice before we go, since he'd kick my ass at it otherwise.
