well as u know in the uk its against the law to even own a gun.. or bullets. making it highly unlikely for some crazed loonly toon to do it.. we had an incident years ago (dunblain) where a school was shot up and many children died as a result.. since then, schools here are on serious lock down. and parents even stuggle to get there kids out of schools as many layers of gates have to be unlocked. i guess it all boils down to american gun laws.... for your county anyway. (its very rare things like that happen here, but not to say it hasnt or wount) its just harder. is there any reason as to why your country wount change there gun laws?? (not that it would put a stop, but it might help?)
