Lol he definitely made us work for it, but it was worth it all in the end
My labor was a pain in the ass, one thing after another went wrong. Six days of contractions, only got to 3cm, they broke my water and I went from 3-9.5cm in the space of two hours and started spontaneously pushing but that last bit of cervix wouldn't dilate, so they said I had to get the epi to stop the spontaneous pushing, because if I kept pushing it would screw up his heartrate and put him into distress and make my cervix swell up. I REALLY didn't want the epi. Then I dilated that last little bit, started pushing and OMG it was SO much harder with the epi than without it. then he got stuck in my pelvis and they called for a doc to do an episiotomy and vontuse but I managed to get him out before they had to. Finally got him out after over two hours of pushing because of the epi and then the cord snapped after she'd cut it and was trying to pull out the placenta but it didn't come out so they had to manually remove it
