Yummy!

One of our neighbors brought us over a cherry icebox cake and OMG it is amazing! I'm going to have to make it because i almost ate it all.   If you haven't ever tried it i would highly suggest making it!
Ingredients:

• 20 whole graham crackers
• 2 cups cold milk
• 1 package Jello Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix (6 serving size)
• 1 3/4 cups thawed Cool Whip
• 2 (21 ounce) cans cherry pie filling

Directions:

1. Line a 13x9 inch pan with some of the graham crackers, breaking crackers if necessary.
2. Pour cold milk into bowl.
3. Add pudding mix.
4. With electric mixer at low speed, beat until well blended (1-2 minutes).
5. Let stand 5 minutes; then blend in whipped topping.
6. Spread half of the pudding mixture over crackers.
7. Add another layer of crakers.
8. Spread cherry pie filling over crakers.
9. Chill for 3 hours.

What is everyone having for dinner? We are having cheesesteak subs and onion rings. We didnt go to bed until 3 am and woke up at 8:30 so we are tired and dont feel like cooking a big dinner.  

mm, that sounds delicious!! Tonight is kind of our "date" night. We plan on getting our fav things and eating at home. I think I'm getting sushi and DH is getting Whattaburger, lmao.

Oh it's so delicious!!! omg.... The first time I tried it I didn't really like it, but the second time I loved it and now I crave it! I get it at least once a month!! Just wish it wasn't so expensive, but meh, it's worth it.

Start out with a california roll. There's no actual raw fish in it. Then if you like the texture/taste, then move on to whatever else!
