SO HAPPYYY!!!

I could burst I am so happy right now. Yesterday my fiance and I put down an offer on a house and today we heard back that our offer was accepted. The lady didn't even try to give us a counter offer. I am so happy. Its a cute little 3 bedroom in a good area. And we have a friend that lives right around the corner from the place who is willing to babysit any time we need.
