Vitamin B Shots?

posted 22nd Jan
Not for weight loss (I dont like to rely on quick fixes)... Ive heard it helps with energy, because I have a huge problem finding any. When I sit down, it's like a huge chore just to stand back up. Anyone know if this is true? Also, do the drops work differently for that purpose?

ETA: I drink coffee in the mornings, but drink a bunch of water throughout the day, and eat healthy.

Have you had your vit B checked? My Dr offered me that and I was going to get it, but we both forgot by the time I was leaving, haha. You can take vit b pills as well, but the shot works pretty quickly and absorbs well is what my Dr explained to me.

It won't give you move energy if your levels are fine, but if they're low, even a little on the low side of average, then it could help. I know I feel better when I take my pills.

Sorry late reply, its a veggie that is super good for you. Is said to boost sex drive and energy, balance hormones (and fixes hormonal problems like erectile disfunction, vaginal dryness) and helps you sleep better too. This is what I've read. Its considered a super food.

I've done the viatmin B injections for energy, they did nothing for me   I also take Maca root for TTC, that hasn't helped with my energy. Do you know if you have a low vitamin D level? Low vitamin D can make you fatigued.. My doctor just tested my vit D level a couple weeks ago, my level is very low but since starting my vitamin D prescription I've had more energy.

Ginseng can also help boost energy levels.

525mg twice a day. I have PCOS so I was hoping it'd help balance be out and regulate me.

I was thinking about buying liquid maca because my body would probably absolve it better

Did you start out with 2 or work ur way up there? Im taking some too, but heard it could be hard to handle at a high dose right away, so i took just one pill (for the first time yesterday).

I haven't had my D checked... but that makes sense, since I don't drink milk and stuff.   I'll look into it!

I worked up to two pills a day. DH also takes Maca, he takes 3 pills a day. He started on two pills but moved up to 3.
