re: Preschool/daycare questions

I don't want him to take a nap.

I don't like that fact you cannot pick them up between 11-2 that's so silly. What if he has a doctors appointment?

I'm sure that once in a while would be fine. It just means they don't want a bunch of people coming in and out of the building at such a busy time every day.

I understand. Plus that scares me because my daughter's preschool/pre-K director said we can come anytime and I liked that. The way to find a great school like that is if you can come whenever so I was just wondering. Thanks

They do have an open door policy too. Idk, I totally get it because its such a.crazy time.

My daycare provider (I am only using her for 1/2 day preschool) charges $110 a week for full time care including preschool during the school year. The child must be potty trained though.

ETA: She has no drop offs during nap time, you can pick your child up during those times though (I do because right now K is only going 1/2 day). But if she were going full time they would rather me not go at nap time.

Let me explain a little bettet. There is a morning class from 9-1130. They're saying please dont come get your LO during that time if you're full day because it would be a huge.confusion. Im sure in special circumstances it would be fine.

It is so the napping children won't be disturbed. Once in a while, for a dr appointment/emergency is fine, just not a daily occurrence. My daughters provider has the same limitations.
