Homemade Cracker Barrel meal

Since DH and I don't get to go to Cracker Barrel very much, and what we get there, we both love, which is the meatloaf and the hashbrown casserole, so I told DH that I would attempt to make them both., I think I have found a recipe for both. I just hope it turns out well.

Hashbrown casserole is my FAVORITE! S/O doesn't like it tons, so I don't get to make it much ): lol.
