It could possibly be ovulation spotting if you're O'ing early in your cycle. I have had that a couple of times in my life.

Could I really be ovulating this early?

I have a period tracker on my phone and my "fertile" days don't start until the 27th and the actual O day isn't until the 1st. I know it's just a guesstimate, but I didn't think you could ovulate that early. My cycles are 31-32 days.

I guess it's possible. It's worth testing again for sure. Also, if you actually were pregnant and had a chemical or mc that could have thrown off your cycle causing you to ovulate early.
