Exercise during period?

I do not and will not use a tampon. I use cloth pads ONLY.

That being said, how can I exercise without feeling like I'm going to leak everywhere from all the movement? I do Just Dance 3 and Gold's Gym Dance Workout for Wii. TIA

O'm worried about the pad moving around. I use PP length so they're very.long.

Tighter underwear? Leggings maybe to really strap it in there?
