Daily Fitness Challenge 1/22

I am so sorry ladies. I am not neglecting you. Classes started back up this week and I've been busy. On top of that, I'm sick as a dog  

Do 25 squats. I won't be joining you today but I am begging my body to get better asap. I haven't been to the gym in two days  

i didnt know you did this! sweet, im in.

After my workout this morning I might die if I do one more squat...I'm going to go try though.

yeah, I thought it would be nice because when you're sitting on the computer and open it, you're faced with it. It's like, to get off your ass or ignore it?
It's nice for the people who aren't too concerned with being fit too. It's just a small step to get people moving more.
