Same here. I only been on this joirney since last monday but one day a week I allow myself to eat whatever because it helps me no cheat other days, I look forward to indulging whatever I crave within reason of course BUT i find that I end up gaining a pound or two after and i have to relose it that next week which sucks. Sucks!!!

I don't like veggies either. I get some when I eat lasagna cause I put spinach in it and I make a lot of stuff with bell peppers and onion cause that's about all I can stand. Sometimes I'll eat raw broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower. There's a low cal ranch u can make with Greek yogurt a dry ranch dip packet and milk. It's ok tasting. Not buttermilk ranch tasting but not bad. It's like 11 cal per tbsp instead of 110 or something.

The other day I sautéed it in garlic and olive oil and ate it that way so trying to force myself lol

You reminded me, I like to add peppers to my eggs for a veggie boost too.

Awesome!!! I think I've finally hit my plateau at 11lbs under my pre preg weight. Now I need to figure out how many calories my body needs that's the hard part. I also need to feel well enough to exercise. I'm still sore though and extremely tired and achy. Idk if I'm a little under the weather like I'm kind of sick. Or if it's just from being down for so long
