Net should always be above 1200 calories so in the above example you would eat more to get to 1200 calories yes. Now it doesn't mean you have to "eat more" just eat a higher calorie item/s to maintain 1200. If you find yourself netting below 1200 for more than 5-7 days body will shut down and you can risk your metabolism shutting down which would cause you to gain or plateau. Definitely on days you know you are going to work out or be very active to make sure your eating enough to be at 1200 calories or above net for you day.
Sounds odd, but its proven.

I did the 30DS long ago. Maybe I'll do it again.
I'm doing TurboFire now, but I do it in the mornings, and in the night time I feel like I need to do something else!

Also, adding you to MFP. I'm never on it, but maybe I'll start!

So how are you all doing????

I've been doing really good watching my calories and not drinking pop.
Yesterday I did so good on food until we went to our friends and they were all eating sweets......I ate a cheesecake muffin.   It was 250 calories. But, I'll make sure not to do that anymore. I felt like crap after I ate it.

I ate pretty good yesterday, except when my hubby got home I was craving something sweet so made myself a cup of coffee while I made his. I did my Cardio Recovery dvd, but didnt really get to sleep at a decent hours, so today I'm pretty tired, and not hungry at all really.

I've been doing ok, I Ate too many calories yesterday  
That has been tha hardest thing for me so far. I feel like I'm dOing pretty good at the gym though  
I'm proud of myself for going even thOugh my muscles are super sore.
I am considering trying the 30 day shred again to speed up my weight loss.
I tried it twice over the past 2 years and I quit both times after the first day :/
I think it is way too hard for someOne like me who is sonoutnf shape and never worked out before.
When I start it again I'm gonna follow along but not push myself to hard like last time. I threw up and had a bad headache after and I could barely walk the next day.

Okay I'm 5"10 and I'm 185. I would like to ultimately be back to 150. Right now my goal is 160, then I'll work for 150. I am eating 1200 calories a day and using my fitness pal, food isn't really an issue I pretty well. I just joined a gym and In doing 3 days on 1 day off. I'm really motivated right now and I just need help keeping it up!

I haven't gone to the gym for 2 days, so on the daysbindidnt make it to tw gym I punished myself with the 30 day shred lol.
Then after doing the 30 day shred for 2 days I decided to keep doing it every day because I could already tell a tiny difference. I did. The 30 DS twice yesterday!

Now my new goal is, instead of just going to the gum for an hour a day, I am going to do 30DS in the morning, then the 30DS after dinner, AND the gym for an hour. Every day. So at least if I miss one of them, it won't be a big deal because I will still have the other 2 to do.
This is day 6 since I started exercising, and I'm feeling really good and motivated! I've only lost about half a lb, but I'm gonna start taking measurements because I can tell I will lose inches faster than lbs.
