TMI sorry.. Yeast infection during early pregnancy. Help ple

I am 7 weeks 2 days pregnant. For the last 2 days I have had a mild yeast infection, so I started eating yogurt. Woke up today to a full blown yeast infection, itchy and swollen.   Do any of you know of any fast/effective home remedies? Should I just go get an OTC cream? I am hoping to avoid the medicinal approach, but at this point I am just done with the itching. Thank you girls!

Monistat 7 is safe or you can go get a prescription from the dr

Thank you   I knew there was one that was safe, just didn't know which one. I just never know what to use when pregnant. I always get paranoid by sticking stuff in my vag lol.

yeah it's hard to know what's safe and what isn't  

i had a yeast infection around the same time in my pregnancy as well. first one i ever had and i KNEW it was a yeast infection. went to the doctor anyway and she prescribed something which was pretty much the same exact thing as monistat 7 lol

I had one once before when pregnant with my YDS, but I ate some yogurt and it was gone the next day. It really is crazy how strong the hormones are.
