I think cameras should be installed on all school buses so that all activity can be recorded and if bullying incidents like this are caught both the police and the parents of the bullies need to called. I am 100% for zero tolerrance for bullying.

sadly, most buses have them (around here anyway), but they're either not on or not being checked. DH worked for the school bus shop here and they said the only time the recordings are even looked at is if anyone makes a complaint.
