Will do! i dont think you can go wrong with this! i also dont have wine so i will be using broth but im sure it would be with a little bit, the only wine i have is OLD as hell and a decorative bottle lol/.

so added some peas to it and potato.. not alot, just a little bit and there are alot of veggies, and then i added some garlic powder and a splash of red wine vinegar that I had to possibly make up for the wine.. but it smells good, i bet the mushrooms and oinions and veef are gonna be yummy, i also through in a parm reggiano rind in it for flavor!

this was soooo good and very flavorful, the mushrooms were seriously my favorite part.. i say deff get the wine im sure it would of added some flavor and do beefbroth too, i had to add more liquid then the recipe said, but i added peas and potatoes and it was really good. the herbed dumplings were bomb.

my crock pot sucks and stuck it in the oven and it browned the top of the dumplings like bisquits and i added some shredded cheese into the dumplings.. lol but still my kids ate it!
