Eyeliner

I need some suggestions for a decent eyeliner. I'm limited by budget to drug store brands. The stuff I've been using just doesn't hold up and smears badly givving me raccoon eyes

I'm kind of a newb with eyeliner, but I really like this stuff.


It is like 9 bucks at Target (Walmart, too, I'm sure.) I really like it.

I use the gel liner that comes with a little brush. You can get it at walmart. (drug stores are usually more expensive... At least here they are)
I think its maybelline. But its ah-ma-zing!! Much better than pencil or liquid.

The NYC always worked pretty well for me... but I use it on the cuticles, not on my lids so I'm not sure if that makes a difference.

I got my liquid liner from eBay for like $2 and it's amazing. I can't remember the brand but it's shaped like a little Japanese doll

Revlon colorstay liquid liner is really good and Ulta Automatic eye liner (its a smooth gliding pencil. Both are around 7 bucks. A good tip is to apply a primer before putting on your eyeliner and then set it with black eyeshadow.

It sounds like I need to get my ass to Ulta. I finally found one just down the road and people keep saying it's a good place for cosmetics.

Its freaking beyond good lol. They have both affordable and high end make up in there. There's another place called Sephora and they sell even higher end stuff but they also have some Sephora brand cosmetics that are affordable and really good products.

I love me some Sephora. I don't even wear much makeup but I could spend hours in there.

  We don't have one near me. Wahhhh! We do have a really great Ulta about 10-15 minutes away. Its the best Ulta I've ever been in it, I was pleasantly surprised.

I was going to suggest my lancome eyeliner, best smurf ever made. But you are on a budget and its 25.00 lol

So maybe a NYC, or a Hard candy I think its called (I buy it for my 10 yr old) lol it doesnt smear even when she is in the shower. lol
