I am 23 weeks preggo and have itchy like above the citrus where the hair is there are cuts not sores but like lil paper cuts there i did shave and cut myself few times there..... yes ouch! But then again i am itchy everywhere i have eczema all over my body   totally sucks. I dunno if its cuz i cut myself it was a lil while ago anyothers are itchy?????

I'm gathering that you mean the top of your vagina where the two flaps meet? Sounds like thrush to me. Mine splits when I get it and that's what tips me off! If you go to the pharmacy, you should be able to buy an anti-fungal cream and it'll clear it up within 2 weeks

One time while shaving I think I "spread" it too much & ended up with a little tear. Maybe that's what happened in your case?

when i was expecting my daughter i had the same thing not all over, but my whole pregnancy i had yeast infection because of the fluids from the baby and my body was new to it ,,,it became itchy all the time and cuts will happen if u itch then it makes it worse i just sufferer through it   now im expecting a boy im 36 weeks no issues like that at all this time...

What you described seriously sounded like herpes.
Especially when you called them like papercuts.
You should get tested.
