Some questions

Ok so ill try keep this short
i weigh 270pounds me and a friend started gyming two weeks ago
this is now the 3rd week .
we do cardio for an hour each day of the week we skip 1 day a week as a rest day .
what i wana know is that i eat healthy i dont eat any sweet soda or starch ..
for the past two weeks i have lost 21cm overall but only 200gram
what am i doing wrong i know im not gona loose 20 pounds in a week or so
but ive always heard other people loosing weight quote rapidly the first few weeks and then it gets harder with time to loose it
we also do tae bo play tennis swimming aerobics and zumba not all at once we change it up ???

any help would really be appreciated ...

Are you drinking lots of water? If not, I would increase your water in take maybe? If you are drinking lots of water, I would just keep doing what you are doing, sometimes it takes longer to lose weight, and perhaps your body is just toning muscle right now, and not necessarily ridding itself of the fat yet. I'm no exercise expert, so don't quote me lol.

im not yet drinking like 1-2L water a day but i probable have just under a litre a day so far

They recommend you drink at least 8-10 8 oz glasses of water per day. Water is absolutely repulsive to me right now, but before I was pregnant I drank nothing but water and I can't even imagine how much I drank. But it always seemed to help me crave healtier foods, and I ate much less of course, because I was full on water.

How many lbs have you lost so far. It might just take a little longer to start losing

Wow not sure if i can even get that much in but ill try best and see if it helps .

Yeah, it helps if you just get a water bottle that holds a 32oz or so, and just make sure you just keep filling it.
