Yeah I thought so too, but apparently with my last vent a couple hours ago it's really just because he isn't in the mood. Which I totally don't understand but it's whatever now. And hmmm I will show him all the comments and maybe he'll change his mind can't say so for sure though!

lol me and my ex husband tried this to naturally induce labor when I was term to avoid the scheduled induction that we knew was to come at 39 weeks if it didn't happen on it's own by then.
Didn't work at all what-so-ever.

Some men are completely uninterested by women in late pregnancy Ihave heard. This is not true for my fiance and wasn't true for my ex husband either.
but I have heard some men are also afraid of hurting the baby even if they are told it is not possible to do so that way.

lol I felt this way about sex with my ex husband during pregnancy with DD. At the end I was only doing it to try and avoid the induction.

I don't know he just seems to say that he isn't in the mood. I mentioned it again today to him and he said, that the last time we argued I told him don't ever ask for sex again which was a week ago or so. I didn't mean it, but oh well if he is actually listening to me instead of using that as another excuse I will be surprised! He has never been afraid to hurt the baby, but maybe it has changed now. I wish it wouldn't, I already told him nothing he can do sex wise would hurt our DS. But oh well. If he doesn't want to touch me I won't force him to or well I won't try to force him too.

sex is only a helper w/ labor IF your body is ready

My friends water broke after having sex at like 39 weeks her guy was shocked and so was she and I asked my doctor what could help me get dilate and effaced and she said have sex something about the guys sperm ? so Idk I dnt have sex often too uncomfortable I feel to unattractive and dry and weird

& my dr told me to lay there for like an hour after w sperm in me which i cant do b/c its just too yucky to lay for an hour w/ semen chillen in you

I went into the labor at 39 weeks 5 hours before I was going to be induced all because I talked my hubby into one last hurrah before our 6 weeks off lol. I can't say for everyone but it did jump start mine LO born 6 hours later.

Lol, definitely not. Everytime I had sex (close to my due date) all I would be in is pain.. It helps thin your cervix though.
