You fold it up to slide it in then it expands inside your vagina and cozies up to your walls so there are no leaks.

I really want to try one, I really actually do. but for the first like 24-36 hours, I bleed like it's a murder scene. My mama cloth can't even take it. I can't imagine what would happen, I think it would fill up in a few hours!, probably less than that!

I don't mind my mama cloth right now though, and I just stay home.
