Need some imput

So Im having the weirdest things happen to me.

I posted today that I've been having a very metalic-y taste in my mouth.
Then, I've been having cramps for the past week.
I have this pulling and tugging sensation in my stomach as well.

Are these signs of pregnancy?
I'm not supposed to get my period on the 31st.

Hmm I had weird tasting mouth, but no tugging or cramps. Than 2 weeks after a missed period I got sick.
