How do you say sleigh, like "in a one horse open sleigh"? You don't say "slee" it's "slay". That's how leigh is pronounced.

Technically Haleigh IS hay-lay, not hay-lee or even hal-lee.

I have a friend who spells her daughter's hayleigh, and it is pronounced hay-lee. I have even seen it haileigh, thought I think that is stretching it a little far.

yeah I have a cousin with the middle name leighanne (lee-ann).. and that has always bugged me...
