What's the soonest you can get pregnant after a miscarriage? Is it safe to get pregnant so soon after?

Depends on how far along you were and whether you miscarried naturally or not.

I didn't even have a period I between my last MC and when I conceived LO. So the answer is right away and most doctors don't suggest it.
