Cheating

Ok so I'm not one to snoop, but I did and wish I hadn't! My hubby ask for divorce the other day. Said he loved the kids, but not me and said he would sign over custody of kids and pay whatever child support I wanted. Then he said I've changed my mind and decided to love you!!! Ok I've been praying he Is down and out since we're apart. He's in VA because of military and me and kids are in AR. Well I had this feeling about him cheating because I can't really get an I love you out of him anymore, plus I mentioned us moving back there (he's so no), I mentioned flying him home for weekend (he said no), I mentioned me flying out there for weekend (he said no). Frishy if I say so myself. Well I went to a message on his Facebook from a girl and part of t was her teasing him saying he was gay. He said oh yeah with your rocking hot body. Then she said fag and he said I've proven I'm not. Whoooooo now that worries me a bit. Some other was him saying he go carry out of her room if she didn't hurry. Uh I should've never snooped!!!

It sounds like he's mentally already checked out of the relationship and acting like he's single.. by not spending any time with you, by talking to another woman, by not saying he loves you...

I think you need to go ahead with that divorce.. you deserve more.

So you are working things out...or were working things out but then you found this... Are you okay? Have you talked to him about it? He's probably going to change passwords when you do though. Or pint evidence off so when you go to court you can have more evidence for alimony?

If I were you,I would message the girl and see what she has to say.Thats inappropriate talk with a married man IMO.

I'm not gonna bring it out in court or anything because i don't need him to get in trouble with military and lose rank. I want him to keep his rank, so he can pay most child support. I'm gonna wait a little bit and see if I can prove it more. I can't believe he would even talk to her like this

Yes it is. Even if he hasn't cheated then its very inappropriate.

That's true. But you should still keep it for evidence for yourself just in case.
