I'm personally the type that would ride it and see what else you find. I don't like to accuse before having good evidence. Plus u don't have to see him so he won't really know you're on to him.

Since he gets 1,400ish a month because of having dependents should I ask for that in child support? He wouldn't get that money without having the kids.

Does that amt include you too? Or is that a diff allowance? I'd find out what percentage is typical for child support. Then take that Amt from him. Because he'll still see the kids and buy them stuff on his own right?

The amount stays the same whether I'm on there or not. 1 dependent or 5 it's all the same. I would have them 90% of time because of military

I would see if the percentage of child support or the 1400 is more. Then take what's more. Screw it. You could screw him over with his rank so I would use that against him to get what u want.

He knows I can. He said he would give me what I ask for. So if I ask for it he would give it too me because its for the kids. I gotta give him that he does love the kids, but he is just screwing up having a mommy and daddy together.

Not yet. I'm riding out for a bit. This might sound bad, but I want to put some money back in savings. Plus I want to see if there is more said to prove Yea or no either way. No matter what he was talking to her in a way he shouldn't.

I don't blame you. Gotta be smart about it. Especially since it doesn't exactly prove he's cheating. Maybe emotionally but no physical proof. He is completely inappropriate.

No that's a good thing. Even if he's not cheating what he said was very inappropriate and he should know better. He's lucky your being so nice about it.

I'm so sorry! What a jerk!!!   I would def wait it out and see what happens in his messages. I've been through cheating and it sucks.... not fair.

So what are u gonna do if he plays the whole I didn't cheat. I want this family. Blah blah blah?
