My daughter and husband sleep together all the time, and because of which I move to the couch because they both are bed hogs. That doesn't mean it's wrong they sleep together or that he's secretly molesting her.  

You're causing more issues, imo.

Touch means touch to a 4 year old. You don't seem to know much about how 4 year olds think. Her mom and grandma need to stop planting seeds in this innocent little girls head. Kids need their father. They don't need their parents making them think they were molested and needing a lifetime of therapy and no father, when nothing happened.
