Strange sex question

Last night DH and I had an AMAZING night in the bedroom.

Perhaps a little too amazing because this morning when DH came out for family breakfast he had petechia around his eyes.

Has anyone ever heard of anyone having so intense an orgasm that they burst blood vessels in their face?

This has never happened before, and I swear I wasn't too rough on him! Now he looks like absolute hell. I really can't think of any other cause. Yesterday was our lazy Sunday. Nothing strenuous. He didn't have the petechia when we went to the room. He the one saying it was from the most intense orgasm he's ever experienced. Last night he complained that his face was hurting afterwards.

I hope it clears up soon. He looks quiet ridiculous.

That has happened to my husband as well. lol

I've heard of that happening.

I have seen it on my brothers face (relly bad) after he spent two days throwing up, he looked scary lol. I think I read somewhere or someone once told me (I might be wrong) that it can also happen due to pressure build up like holding your breath?

That happened to me once because of an orgasm, it also happened during t may labor.

Was there any choking involved?? I've had that happen from vomiting, only when I had to bend down over the toilet instead of getting down on my knees. When he orgasmed, was his head in a downward position so that blood was flowing to his head? Because that could absolutely be the cause...

don't worry he will be fine. It may happen, so keep enjoying sex pregnancy is a great time for it. That was great for you both

He was leaning over me. So that cold definitely have exacerbated it. Makes sense. No choking this time, hehehe!

I know I posted and ran so I probably won't get more responses, but could having sex again tonight make it worse, or should we lay off for the evening?

We did. The marks did not appear to worsen. But it's tough to tell if it got any better. At least it's not as obvious as hickeys!
