freezing cold...

posted 21st Jan
SO tomorrow... we have a wind chill advisory.
it's going to be in the negatives tomorrow with all factored in.
I have to take my mom to the doctors in the morning.
I was just going to keep the kids in their footy pjs and put their snow suits on OVER that.

I figured it would be the warmest option for them..and then they can just hang out in their footies at the doctors.
OR do you think that's a little...trashy?

The "Real Feel" here is -24 F here right now.
But I would just do warmer clothes, but comfy.

They will be under snow suits, right? I wouldn't bring my ds out in Jammies.

Then honestly jeans will keep in more warmth.
I am always warmer outside with my jeans on than my sweats.

I am sure you guys aren't going to be hanging outside, just going from car to building.

Yeah. I'm just trying to think of every way possible to keep their little butts as warm and toasty as can be.

i'd do that. its at a dr office. most kids are sick and wear jammies anyways...
and its smurfing cold. or leave just their snow pants on

when its -45 or higher here i say smurf it and she just wears whatever warm smurf she has...

It's going to be -45 with the windchill here tomorrow... I'd put whatever is the warmest regardless if it's PJs or not on DD lol - and we never wear PJs out.
