I'm going to do it..

I'm cutting pop out cold turkey. I try to cut back but I keep going back to crazy amounts a day (like liters of pop a day, drinking nothing else   ) I'm not looking foward to the next few days but I know ill feel better in the long run.

If you drink that much a day, it's not safe to just cut cold turkey.

I just don't know how else to stop drinking it. I know it seems simple to say just cut back but I've tried and it doesn't work, I have a serious addiction to pop. I've managed to do like half caffeinated and half not now but I want to stop drinking it all.
Out of curiosity, not safe how?

Your body is dependent on the caffeine. Cutting ut out all at once can cause a shock/withdrawal

You have to true ly want to quit. I know addictions are hard, but cold turkey withdrawals are serious things.

I just quit cold Turkey last week.   lol I was drinking a case of 24 Pepsi in 2 days.

Lol now my biggest issue is not having anything to drink but my 6 cups of coffee a day. Lol my next quit. Well cut back to 2 a day

I don't drink milk or water or juice of any kind ever so its hard to find anything to drink lol

Yeah I went through it hard core when I was pregnant with dd. I was drinking 3 liters of mt dew a day (it tasted like water to me at that point) and when I found out I was pregnant I cut it down to about a 20 oz of Pepsi a day. I know it's going to be really hard and I'm expecting headache and to be moody but I'm hoping water and Advil will help.
