Vaginal pain

I'm on my period and I'm not bleeding super heavy but I'm passing clots
Cramping bad,my cervix feels like its falling out of my vagina and anyte I stand or move around my pelvic region,vagina and thighs throb and ache

I can't even wear a tampon

This smurf sucks
