My neighbor just propositioned me for sex.
He's married. I'm married.
He JUST had a baby. I have a son.
WTF. He calls DH's phone which I have tonight while he's at work, we're talking about business (Him having the baby recently, my son possibly having autism, etc). And all of a sudden, he starts saying "You're a lot like me, we're animals, we understand." and before I know what's going on, he starts talking about he's had these feelings for a while, but he doesn't want to hurt his wife so she can't find out and he didn't want to disrespect my husband but he had to tell me, and now he's ranting about how there's no betrayal if they don't find out.

Wtf. Holy smurf. Wtf, what do I do? If I tell my husband, it's going to be smurfing war. They live two houses down from us. My husband would seriously smurf his smurf up and there'd be NOTHING I could do to stop him, he'd get arrested. My neighbor would lose his wife, lose his son but right now I'm like "WTF, if he's doing that does he even deserve them?"
...Please tell me what to do and for the love of GOD do not quote this til I have a chance to figure out what the smurf to do. I'm not going to have sex with the guy, that's...No, no smurfing way. But WTF do I do?

I would avoid being in a situation where I'm alone with him, and if he tries to again tell him that you're loyal to your husband and if he propositions you again you'll tell his wife and your husband. So not cool on his end and I feel bad for his wife.

Tell HIS wife and your husband. She doesnt deserve a POS like that!

if your DH is like that, i wouldnt say anything. just forget about it

I would just tell him no and not to speak to you in anyway like that again. If your husband would go that crazy if you told him and get himself arrested, I wouldn't tell him unless this guy doesn't take no and keeps at it in the future.

say no and ignore him. if he tries to do it again, tell your husband.

Eh, that's a tough one.
Personally I would tell my husband though.
God forbid your neighbor got mad at you and went to your husband saying YOU asked him for sex.

I would let it run off unless he brought it up again. However I also would not put myself in a position to be around him alone.

I honestly would tell them... I had this happen to me. I told my hubby. my hubby confronted the guy. the guy said he was sorry. I didn't tell him wife at first, but I told another friend. the guy hit on my friend as well.. that's when we went to his wife. she said we were liars... blah blah blah.. but then a few months later she found out he had done this before and she left him. he is a POS who doesnt see his kids or pay child support. she and the kids are better off without him.

and like I said, i would tell my husband. what if he found out later and took the omission as a lie or betrayal?

I know DH would flip smurf, and there's a huge possibility that he'd attempt to beat my neighbor, and my neighbor is a gun owner, and it could go bad in a lot of ways.
But if I don't tell DH and he finds out, he's going to think I was hiding it from him for some other reason.
