what is your workout?

what do you ladies do as far as a workout? use any special shakes as meal replacement or snacks? i'm getting really serious about getting into shape, and while it's hard to juggle school, work, being mom, and then homework/studying, i HAVE to make time for ME. so far, this is what i'm doing..

I try to just eat real foods, avoid processed as much as possible. And I do a variety of workouts each morning. I've done P90X, The Firm, Yoga, Pilates, etc.

I'm currently doing the turbo fire workout schedule and adding on 30 minutes on the elliptical as well. When it gets a little warmer outside I am going to start the C25K program into my workout as well.

I take a one a day vitamin with a metabolism booster in it and other than thatI just try to watch my calories and eat healthier choices of stuff I like.

I eat a lot of greek yogurt, bananas, special k cereal, and a lot of the special k snacks, weight watcher snacks, and the fiber one snacks.
