Our baby wasn't planned either ... its because we haven't been together very long and we wanted to wait to get more established ... I was lost for words for about 1 week ... but once you see the baby and/or hear the heartbeat everything changes. It does take time. My family wasn't very supportive in the very beginning. But I know my SO has my back and always will. If I didn't have the support I have now, idk what I would do ...

Well I had my mental appt. Today.

I start seeing a physiatrist monday. They say it sounds like im suffering from depression and anxiety attacks. So hopefully I can get it fixed so we have a happier home. It will also entail marital counseling and some sessions with dd for some parenting tips.

I was just feeling over whelmed. :/

I hope things get better! It sucks cause they can't really medicate you for that during pregnancy. My SO was diagnosed with having anxiety attacks.. but it may have actually been something to do with his heart :/

Eta- not saying yours is a heart thing lol. But the anxiety medicine they gave him did seem to help. But I don't think anxiety was his main issue.

Thanks... I almost cancelled. I have issues asking for help other than from my dad... Its a pride thing I guess.

I post a lot more in the fb group. It's just easier as I'm always on my phone rather than my computer.

I gained 30lbs by like 18-20w with my son. Now I've gained 7 lbs and I'm 12w1d. Hoping I don't go over 180.
