With my son I went back to work when he was 3 weeks. I had no complications with birth. So if you feel up to it you could go back the next week. But you'll be super tired most likely!

I've been feeling super nauseous the last few days. And yesterday all I wanted was to take a nap   luckily my SO is going to second shift next week and ill only be alone with the kids for a few hours before they go to bed.

Congrats!! I was in the same situation too. I was told that we'd have to do IVF to get pregnant but there we are pregnant naturally!

I think a lot of doctors try to push IVF for the money when it could happen with IUI or naturally. I'm only 23 and my doctor told us we have to do IVF, that that was our only option.
