stretch marks on boobs WTF

Last week my boobs have started to hurt yet again, ( kinda a always thing, they always randonly hurt every few weeks) well this morning i was getting ready to jump in the shower and i noticed that my old stretch marks from my other two daughters are really big and purple again... like wtf how are the stretch marks randomly coming back again...could it be a pregnancy sign??

It could be or it could be a sign that you're gaining weight.
